Natalia Rosa-Sibakov is a Senior Scientist at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd. Natalia obtained her doctoral degree from the University of Montpellier 2 (Montpellier, France) in 2013, and continued her career as researcher at VTT. Her research focuses on cereal and legume technologies to tailor their functional and nutritional properties. She has expertise on food technology, in vitro digestion models for physiological functionality, and application of plant-based ingredients in diverse food products. Currently, Natalia is the co-coordinator of the InnoFoodAfrica project, a Research and Innovation Action project implemented in collaboration with 5 European and 13 African partners and funded by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 Framework Programme.
